Phor productions is a mobile DJ service that needed a logo.  Being a DJ myself, it was inspiring to me as well.  We went through numerous rounds, but ended up with a simple logo, which worked out very well.  It was also inspired by the pitch indicator dots on the side of the turntable.  Phor productions, four dots on the turntable.  It just blended so well and made sense.
